No Whine Zone

In honor of Memorial Day, there will be no whining today. Instead, I will reflect on my own time serving our country and thanking God that since WWII my close family members who have served during wartime have all returned home safe.

In addition, I'm starting a new section, joining What Are You Reading?

Currently Reading: Moonshine by Alaya Johnson & Small Favor by Jim Butcher

Just Finished: To Your Scattered Bodies Go by Philip Jose Farmer & White Plague by Frank Herbert

Next up: Road Trip of the Living Dead by Mark Henry & Dance on Fire by James Garcia Jr.

What Are You Reading? is a weekly meme, hosted by Sheila at One Person's Journey Through a World of Books where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.

I whole-heartedly agree with you about the no whining today. Good word! Thank you for the mention. I hope "Dance on Fire" does not disappoint.
Have a great Memorial Day and a good week.

Can't wait to start reading, James, especially since it's on the Kindle and I've been reading a lot of books from the library lately.

Thanks for stopping by.

Thank you so much for serving, my friend. Too many people ignore the women in the military. Not me. You deserve much more respect.
